RCC is very appreciative of the many volunteers who contribute their time and expertise to our programs. Many of our programs, especially the L.I.F.E. Program, rely heavily on volunteer support. Thank you to our dedicated volunteers for all of your hard work and commitment!

Eligibility for Volunteering
- Must be able to volunteer for a reasonable time frame (minimum of six months or 75 hours)
- Must comply with Canada Immigration Laws and Regulations
- Minimum age requirements: 16 years of age for direct client contact
- Must meet health requirements for the position
- Under the age of 16 must have guardian consent
- Willing to provide three references
- Willing to abide by RCC policies
Screening Process
- Initial interview with the Volunteer Coordinator
- Reference checks (three)
- Child Abuse Registry Check
- Criminal Records Check
